"As we have tested in Barcelona a few times,
I know the circuit much better than any of the tracks I have raced at so far
this season, Takuma explained. Basically it means that instead of spending my
first 10 laps learning a new circuit, I can go straight to set-up work, so we
will have more time getting the balance of the car right, which will make a
difference. That's a good thing because I think this is going to be a tough
circuit for us."
プラクティスレポート
"We caught
up quite well today after a bad start when I suffered from an electrical
connection failure just as I was exiting the pits which meant I lost the entire
session. At least it happened here in Spain where I know the circuit very well
but the conditions on the track are quite different from the winter testing so I
could have done with more time to work on the car's balance. I think we've
collected good data though and I believe we will be in good shape
tomorrow."
クォリファイレポート
"All round a
difficult session. Circumstances were difficult today and I found the car very
nervous. My race engineer had to go home because his wife is about to have a
baby so I worked with Dominic (Harlow) who is usually the T car engineer and it
was a bit harder for us to find the best balance as we are not used to working
together. I suffered from traffic on the second run in sector two which was
frustrating as I was up on my previous lap time. I'll be working again with
Dominic tomorrow and I am sure we will find a better balance in the morning
session which will put us in better shape for the race."
レースレポート
"I suffered huge understeer into the high speed
corner and just could not correct it. It is a big shame as we were in good shape
in warm up and I'd made a good start to the race."
