"I'm looking forward to Silverstone as I competed here in British Formula 3 last year and I see it as a home race. I think it is a good track for Jordan because we often test here and hopefully we will be in good shape."

"It was a very good day. Bridgestone have brought us very good intermediate tyres which meant we were able to be very quick. Giancarlo and I are comfortable with driving in the wet and we enjoyed the run today. I am confident at this circuit and I have been able to go flat out immediately because I didn't have to spend time learning the track, so there was a lot of time for trying tyres and set-up work."

"It was a tough qualifying for the team. I had a problem with the nose on my second run and the team is investigating the reason. My first run wasn't bad but then the car had a lot of nervousness in high speed corners. The track temperatures were rising all the time and the tyres were graining, so I lost grip and couldn't improve on my time. I think I did a 100% job but another tenth could have put me a couple of places higher."

"Today's result is a big shame, particularly because we were looking promising in warm-up. When it began to rain quite hard, I really wanted to come back to the pits to change tyres, but unfortunately Giancarlo was already there and the team told me to stay out. Those were critical laps and I lost a lot of time. After we changed to intermediates, the handling was very good and I continued to get a good run on dry tyres. But then sadly the engine just blew up. That was frustrating, but there you go. Next race!"
