"I am really looking forward to Spa. Like
most drivers, it is one of my favorite circuits and I have raced there before in
F3 with many good memories. So I know the circuit well and this is the sort of
track that I love - fast, challenging and lots of up-and-down. It often rains in
Spa, and it might give us an advantage, as we are normally in strong shape
during wet conditions. It's gonna be a very exciting weekend for me, that's for
sure."
プラクティスレポート
"I was really looking
forward to coming back to Spa, driving here for the first time in Formula One
because I have such good memories here from Formula 3 days. In the first session
we immediately had good pace. This is a great circuit and it was fantastic to
drive through Eau Rouge. It was unfortunate that we only had 30 minutes for the
first session and in the second session we couldn't get the car and tyre balance
quite right. We were in the process of trying to improve it when the engine
blew, which was a shame. We're working hard and hopefully tomorrow will be a
better day."
クォリファイレポート
"It was a tough
qualifying for both of us. The car didn't feel too bad, although we needed some
more stability and grip. Even so, we pushed the car set-up to the limit and it
still wasn't enough to get a good position. At such a great circuit that's a
shame but tomorrow we have another chance."
レースレポート
"It has been a tough weekend for us. I had quite
a difficult start, I don't know why yet because I haven't seen any data, but the
car was quite nervous everywhere, oversteering and hopping around a lot and
costing me quite a few seconds. At the first pit stop, the tyre change took a
really long time, which was a shame, although the second and third stints were
better. Spa is great fun to drive so it's a shame we didn't have better results,
but this is motor racing and you have to fight back."
