プレビュー
"I am really looking forward to Monza
because I raced there before in Formula Opel and like this sort of fast track
which is so different to any other. I also tested there this week which was
really useful as the track has changed and the first corner is different. It was
incredible to drive F1 at Monza because it's so fast. I have never driven F1
with so little wing! Also, I think it's a good racetrack with several overtaking
places, which could make it an exciting race! I hope we have a better time than
in Spa."
プラクティスレポート
"We started today
in damp conditions so it was fairly difficult to judge our set-up direction. At
the end of the session I had a small electrical problem, so I couldn't do any
tyre comparisons, which I'm disappointed about. Generally it was not a good day
for me but we have plenty of information to analyse in order to decide the right
way to go with set-up for tomorrow."
クォリファイレポート
"That was the most difficult qualifying
session of my career. There was a combination of factors; the car was not
perfect and also I made a couple of mistakes and couldn't complete a whole
flying lap. The final outing was my last chance and it was going to be three
consecutive timed laps. On the third one, Kimi was on his way out from the pit
and he took a wider line before turn 2. I was on the inside, following him in
the slipstream, but at the braking point I moved out. He had plenty of time to
look in the mirror and see me but obviously he didn't realise I was there. We
tangled at high speed but luckily I managed to slow down a lot before I touched
the tyre barrier. A big shame. I hope the race is exciting."
レースレポート
"The beginning of the race was really hard. "I
honestly struggled to get on the pace. I found the car so difficult to drive and
I lost a lot of time at the beginning. After the pit stop it was getting much
better and I was comfortable for the last 15 laps or so. It was a tough race."
