○2004年第15戦イタリアGP

プレビュー
"It was obviously frustrating that we could not finish the race last weekend in Spa and that is why we are very much looking forward to the Italian Grand Prix. It is great to be back in Monza this week after the summer testing ban and we have some very positive feedback about the car. Monza is an historic circuit and the only one where you can reach speeds of up to 360 kmh. It is a circuit of long straights and chicanes, where you have to climb the kerbs a lot and where you have little downforce and need good mechanical grip. It is very important to have good braking stability as there are few overtaking opportunities. Even though there are no fast challenging corners, it is always an exciting race in Monza so I am really looking forward to racing there next week."

プラクティスレポート
"This was a good start to the weekend. We came from testing with a lot of positive information and put in a competitive performance today. It is warm here once again, but we have all three cars performing well so the team are very happy. If we continue to work well on set-up tomorrow then I feel that we should have a strong qualifying session."

クォリファイレポート
"This is not where we felt we could be on the grid here, but the close lap times at the front of the grid have shown that it was a very competitive qualifying session. I think we can be happy with our performance today and it's good that we have split the Renaults. We tested successfully here last week and the team have really progressed well through the weekend so far. I believe that we should have a strong strategy, and as a result, a good race here tomorrow."

レースレポート
"It was a very spectacular race. We started in damp conditions with half the circuit still wet, so I think everyone seemed to struggle a bit in the beginning. My start was good but I could not pull away at the exit of the first chicane, so I lost quite a few places. Once the conditions improved though I was able to get back on the pace. The most important thing is that the team have come home second in the Championship and the momentum from today must be carried forward for the last three races of the season, which will be extremely exciting."
