2008 FIA国際モータースポーツ競技規則付則H項 変更点



変更点
1) 各オブザベーションポスト配置人員について「少なくとも3人以上」との記述がありましたが、2008年度より撤廃されました。

2) 黒旗、オレンジボール旗、白黒斜め旗の提示ですが、2007年以前はフラッグとゼッケンボードの提示でしたが、2008年より、フラッグとゼッケンナンバーが表示された1枚のボード表示でもOKとなります。

変更点は以上2点です。意図は分かりませんが、ポスト人員の削減を目的としているのでしょうか。以前はフラッグとゼッケンボードの提示を1名で行うのは不可能でしたが、ボード1枚の提示となると1名で済むことになります。

3. Observation posts
3.4 Staff
Each main post shall be placed under the responsibility of the post chief and his deputy, both recongnised fit for their office after a special examination under ASN control. They should have at their disposal at least three more person who have received basic training in the duties of an observation post. The post chief or his deputy should maintain oral communications with race control.

4.1.1 Flag signals to be used by the Clerk of the Course or his deputy at the start line:
f) Black and white flag divided diagonally:
This flag should be shouwn once only and is a warning to the driver concerned that he has been reported for unsportsmanlike behaviour.
These last three flags(in d, e and f) should be shown number which should be shouwn to the driver of whose car the number is displayed. The flag and numnber may be combined on a single board.
These flags may also be displayed at places other than the start line should the Clerk of the Course deem this necessary.
